1) Showing Requirement
Unless otherwise specified, all appointments begin at our lease office. (421 South Oak Park Avenue - Oak Park, IL).
You must also provide your own transportation to the apartment showing, as our agents cannot drive prospective applicants.
Circle Property Management reserves the right to not show any unit at our discretion.
2) Application
Fill out the application and return it to Circle Property Management with twenty-five dollars.
Each adult who is to live in the apartment must fill out a column of the application.
Applications can be returned in person during our business hours or you may drop it off in our 24 hour drop off safe in the outer lobby (please do not deposit cash).
The application fee may be paid in person by cash, check, money order, bank check, Visa, Master Card, or debit card.
Applications may also be returned by fax or internet. Fees may then be paid by phone via Visa, Master Card, or Debit Card.
Application fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Returning an application does not indicate rental nor does it obligate Circle Property Management to rent an apartment to you.
Miss-information, wrong information or missing information are grounds for application rejection.
Applications are for a single apartment as indicated on the application.
3) Acceptance of Application
Usually within two business days, we will inform you of the status of your application.
4) Moving in Fee.
To hold an apartment for 7 (seven) days you may submit a moving in fee of $500.00 money payment.
This can be done prior to your application being accepted. This payment makes you "first in line" to rent this apartment.
You then have 7 (seven) days to have your application accepted, to sign a lease and to pay the first month rent.
If a valid lease is entered into then the earnest money will be returned to the applicant in the form of it being applied
to the security deposit due at the signing of the lease. The moving in fee amount is NON REFUNDABLE unless
Circle Property Management elects not to rent this apartment or any other apartment to this applicant.
5) Sign a lease & Pay Moving in Fee.
You must Pay Moving in Fee and sign a lease within 7 (seven) days of the date that you paid your Moving in Fee.
If you have submitted a Moving in Fee prior to acceptance of your application and the application is reject,
your Moving in Fee will be refunded. If for any reason you can not or will not sign a lease and pay Moving in Fee,
your Moving in Fee will be forfeit. The lease start date cannot be dated for any more than 14 (fourteen) days after the Moving in Fee is received.
6) Pay first month's rent.
One month's rent is due in full prior to or when you pick up your keys.
If your lease does not start on the first of the month a per deim amount will be credited to your account and the rent due for the next month
will be reduced by that amount. Once you have paid the rent and accepted your keys, the lease is fully in effect.
